Barney joined Carr Development in 2015 and serves as Property Manager for the Carr portfolio of office and retail properties. His background includes over 25 years of experience in management and leasing of commercial properties. Barney is a native Texan and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University.
Barney is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).
Barney lives in Spicewood, Texas with his wife Merrietta. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, gardening, and home improvement projects. He loves football, golf, and has dreams of starting a vineyard on his property in Spicewood.
